Sad to sell this, bought last fall to hunt in Maryland straight wall counties, but my main hunting spots are in areas that allow bottleneck cartridges and I ultimately realized I don't see myself shooting this much. Ruger-made Marlin 1895 SBL in 45/70 with 18inch barrel threaded (11/16x24). Has maybe 20 rounds through it total, been to the range twice but otherwise not used. Also have mounted a silver Leupold Vari-X II 3x9x40 compact scope (completely new other than mounting) with duplex reticle and a Tourbon leather cheek riser.
Rifle + scope + cheek riser = $1600 + FFL fees
Rifle without scope = $1200 + FFL fees
I have a bunch of Hornady LEVERevolution 325g FTX that I'll give away as part of this.
Would also consider trades for a Tikka T3X .223 or a Tikka stainless action.
