Original owner. This was my first rifle as a kid in the early 90’s.
Completely stock with no alterations except for a Timney trigger. Barrel is clean and shiny.
Original rings.
Includes padded case as seen and original owners manual.
Nice overall condition.
Spent a good portion of its life in a case. I think there was a period of 5-10 years where I probably only shot it a few times just for fun. Only hunted with it a dozen times or so.
Certainly not a target rifle. These can be a bit finicky but with the right ammo and correct action screw torque I’ve gotten it to shoot close to MOA with a small 2-3 shot group using 165 gr. ballistic tip handloads.
More pics available upon request.
$750 shipped to your FFL. Payment via personal check, certified check or postal money order. Local pickup available as well near Portland, OR.
Thanks

My first rifle was a skeleton stock 270 Win for Christmas in 1998. Sold it, and I’ve regretted that sale ever since. Just saying!

Good luck with your sale. No doubt one of the toughest rifles made!

I’ve got exact same rifle, same trigger and I am 1st owner also. Trigger made a big difference. Good luck with your sale!
