Most FFLs absolutely do not have an SOT. Its certainly way more common than it used to be. But still not the norm.

There's very few up here that are truly open to the public that don't have it. In fact I cannot think of one that doesn't have an SOT. I'm trying to think of any gun shop in town without 50 suppressors in a display case. Cannot think of one. Maybe the pawn shops. Ton's of FFLs that I don't even know how or why they have an FFL and don't appear to be engaged in any type of business with the public, and the only address is a residential one, likely their house, that don't have SOTs.
