Ruger American Ranch 450BM Brake

So I have an American Ranch rifles in 450BM and while I really like the gun, the muzzle brake has got to go as it adds so much more noise. I would just shoot it without a brake, but my 13 year old son wants to shoot it and prefers to have a brake on it for now.

Anyone know of any aftermarket brakes for these guns that might direct the sound more down range? I know that all muzzle brakes are going to be loud and I am not naive to that, and am hoping there just might be a better brake option out there to direct the sound more away from the shooter.
