I used to be a fan. Less than a year and my lid warped to the point it doesn't even seal. Just and FYI.

What kind of conditions was it in for the year, always in the sun in the back of a pickup etc? I've had mine a year and no issue but when not in use it's in my basement, worth knowing what conditions yours was in but that sucks. I prefer my Canyon cooler to the RTIC.

not sure how to really explain it other than, the inside insulation has pulled/fallen off the sides...almost like they didnt glue the insulation to the inside and outside. happened on a 20 and 40 version. the 65 i bought, was missing a rubber foot, right out of the box. i was spoken to like a child and told i lost it because i must have dragged it somewhere...
