I have two RTIC soft coolers and I'm very pleased with them. Not sure what the other guys don't like about theirs but mine are water tight and hold ice for a long time compared to any other soft cooler I've ever owned.

I'd like to hear about how well the lightweight RTIC hard cooler retains ice. If it can hold ice for a long time the reduced weight would be great compared to a typical heavy rotomolded.

^^^ me too.

What is the difference between the "lightweight" and regular?

Wondering about the durability of the light version.

I have one for a while now. For normal semi rough use it see no durability issues at all! It’s def not a Walmart igloo strength wise.

I have 2 reg 65s and a 110. Id trade them all in for lighter weight versions if could

I should have explained better on the soft cooler. It is fine for a soft cooler.doesnt leak.i don't like you have to fully unzip the lid to get anything out.seems like you lose ice this way. It is fine for a soft cooler.but it is not comparable to a hard cooler.imo

Thanks for this. I have been using the bigger Igloos (110+ sizes) because of there larger capacity...and cheaper price tag. I keep breaking the hinges, but replacement parts are cheap and easy to find.

Looking at something that will hold ice longer and with more durability. This one may fit the bill.
