Rotator cuff surgery

So I had surgery the first week of January. Shot my bow for the first time today. Felt decent. How many here have had rotator cuff surgery and what was your experience as far as getting back to 100% ?

I had my left shoulder done at 18. Thirteen years later, I need it again. Hate to burst your bubble.

Sounds like you did good with rehab. Continue working on the PT movements with bands and cables. Avoid traditional bench press, and that associated movement. Should be fine on Nautilus or the like machines.

Good luck! Feel like it took a couple good years to get back in the swing of things. I had mine done so young , I’ve already got arthritis.

Had mine done two years ago, never felt better. Strength is back so glad I got it done. I was 100 % in 5 months. Followed the PT to the letter
