I have 2, very well made. I recommend them to everyone. I had one tapered from .750 to .670 to match my barrel profile. They turned out great, both 4 side ports and 4 top ports. Honestly I wish I would have went bigger, it’s my understanding he can build it anyway you want. Best wishes

You did the sanding method too? Or lathe

Just fine grit sandpaper wrapped around a wood block. Took about 5 minutes or so. The most important thing is to not over sand, just take a tiny bit off and a time and check timing.

I have timed 3 ross brakes using wet or dry 300 grit sand paper. Very simple and doesn't take long. As other have said, take time to check so you dont over sand. Been there and done that. Took 40 minutes to sand a full revolution.
