Rookie elk hunter looking for a buddy

This year I've got 2 tags in Colorado, a 2nd season rifle elk tag and a 3rd season rifle deer tag. My fiance was going to accompany me on both trips but has decided to take the time instead to fly back to Georgia for a bridal shower instead. Don't mind going solo, but things are less intimidating when you tackle them with a buddy. The units are 51 for elk and 140 for deer so if you are Intrested in sharing a camp and having a good time on the mountain I might be your guy.

I'm 25, been hunting on the east coast since I was 4. I love long range shooting and archery, I enjoy a good cold beer after a long days work. I'd like to say my moral compass and ethics are on the straight and narrow. Don't have enough post to pm yet but should soon! Let's all look forward to fill freezers and making lifetime memories.

You need a "test" camp/weekend/smaller hunt first. Ain't nothing worse than a partner with no grit.
