Are you and mxpsmdna really tall and require long LOP? I'm 5'10 and 13.5 lop usually works well for me. I'm wondering if that standard stock without spacers will work. I'd expect it to
I can effectively shoot the Rokstoks at standard 13.5" LOP all the way up to 15" LOP without any issue. For what it's worth, I haven't been measured in a while but I'm somewhere between 6'1" and 6'2".

After shooting 8 personal Rokstoks side by side at different LOP's for thousands of rounds I've now landed on all of them having 3 of the 1/4" spacers added for a 14.25" LOP.

At this LOP it's a tie between shooters wanting medium and low UM Tikka rings.

LOP is fine for me on standard rokstock. I'm 5'10 but must have a stubby neck because I need to mount my scope further back than most. The one thing about the rokstock i'm not sold on is how steep the negative comb is. I'd rather comb height not change that much based on how forward your head is on the stock.

I wish I had not seen this.

In my head: "you don't need that. You are better than this." Also in my head: "But if I order the wood Rokstok, maybe it will be delivered around the time that Tikka releases a 6mm CM."
I love your optimism that both might happen at the same time.

But I also figure - whichever arrives first would still be a win.

To clarify for me the standard length is fine w a SWFA 3-9 and low rings, it’s the Maven 1.2 that I had to push all the way forward and still pull my head back to get the sight picture instinctively.

I agree with this. After using the RS and the Echelon CF Versa, I prefer the less aggressive change in comb of the CF Versa. I've used the RS with UM Highs and UM Lows...both were useable, I just had to slide the scope forward for the Lows and move my weld forward. I like both of the stocks, each has pro/con's that may work better for different individual's.
