1. Can you get the rifle painted just 1 color for free i.e. select sponge but ask for just solid green?
2. Are the QD cups they install the free spinning type or the type that lock every 90 degrees? I really prefer the locking type.

I think single color sponge is that price if you want it sprayed its more. Spong give it just a touch of textured look.

QD cups are spinning I believe.

Yep, they'll be at the expo in booth 202 (bottom left of the map).

Well, Ryan's elves have another order to work on. I went pic rail up front with sling stud behind it and a mini arca in front of the mag. I'll probably use the qd cup on the butt stock and sling stud on the forearm. Both qd on the side took some getting used to on the last one I ordered. I would have liked it better if they were the locking hex style instead of free spinning.

Oh, you guys talked me into the leather cheek pad. I've been missing the stock pack I used to run. This will be a compromise for me.

I think mine is the old style because it's one of the early stocks to come off the assembly line. The older one stuck further out. The new ones are more of a slim model.

No problem. I thought it would be difficult to shoot off hand with that in the way but you really do get used to it. Next one should be even thinner

I keep debating about adding one to mine. I guess I should just try it on one and see. I wish they inlet them like the front rails.

They're really only charging you it's like bit more than the cost of the hardware, since it's a quality piece. It's only two screws if you decide you don't like it.
