Rokstok review thread

I think that only applies to Tikka inlets. For Tikka yes it’s true in my experience. (for my two rokstoks and my buddies)
I second this. I own two and borrowed a 3rd for a while, all tikkas and all shot great with no bedding. At the S2H course, we moved a number of tikkas around from one rokstok to another as there were some prototypes of the lite to play with. Not a single one was bedded.
 
Good to hear about good practical experiences with tikkas and no bedding! I sent UM a message and got this reply:

"the proper answer is for the best accuracy....Bedding is akways the best option."

I'm looking at a rem 700 rokstok for a CA ridgeline short action, so that is likely a factor. The rifle hammers as it is but doesn't fit me right (feels too short, no LOP kit from CA). Tired of fighting the stock.
