As someone with experience in process improvement, manufacturing, and supply chain management, I’d love to talk to UM about the stuff that can be buttoned up. I’m still waiting for my RS Lite since I’m a lefty but I see a lot of area for improvement. This is nothing on Lane or anybody else there but stuff that could just be buttoned up to make this easier for us Roksliders

I think LOW is a much more reliable supplier than stockys. Then add the fact there’s no customization like the rokstocks have.

Mine was similar, not as bad as that but qc was meh

PM your info and I'll send you another recoil pad. We've had some issues with our template not matching up the recoil pad to the stock. Going forward, we will be grinding recoil pads to match the actual stock they are going on.

You should pay shipping each way and fit it for sending something out that looks like that, as well as some sort of compensation for the time and inconvenience caused by that sort of negligence.
That is a very poor response.

No doubt.I have two ordered.My Rokstok came in prefect working order.
Seems to be more common on here with a few different companies getting way to much on there plate,sending out subpar products or not answering calls etc.
Seems there fanboys always have an excuse for them but we pay hard earned money and expect a certain quality.

My S2H scopes are in the December ship date. So I'm guessing next spring. Which it's whatever. Yes it sucks but that scope is baller.

It is kind of weird how companies do these drops without enough inventory ready to go. You'd think you'd have a decent about of product ready to ship before hand. I think Unknown Suppressors is better at this. It seems they clearly say on their site how many are in stock. Other companies seems like some Optics Planet . Oh our bad it's on back order indefinitely.

All new stocks/pads will go out looking similar to the photo attached. We are still in the process of optimizing our processes. People have said we haven't learned anything from the OG Rokstok release, but I don't believe that is true. This is also different enough of a product that has its own unique kinks to work out.

If anyone from the first batch is unhappy with your Lite or recoil pad, we will happily take it back and fix it to be like this.

That one is mine! It's already back in my hands. The finish/fit is real good. It's bare carbon, so you can see all the minute imperfections in the finish, which is expected and doesn't bother me. I only sent it back because I canceled the lop kit but it still came with it and all my tools needed to correctly fix it without screwing uo the stock were all in storage due to moving.

I'm real excited to shoot it. Hopefully that day will come before hunting season haha. Moving sucks

Me too, for other items. I've got a muzzleloader barrel being recontouredby one of those old farts that only takes checks or cash, has no email, and you can only get ahold of him by calling right before sunrise. And his lead times are always 3-4 weeks which means 1-9 months haha

Just got my two last Friday (#220047). Standard LOP, 1/2” pad, ProofS barrel channel, no swivel studs or flush cups….one weighed 25.5oz and the other 25.25oz. They both have Decelerator grind to fits and were solid rubber. My rokstok OG has a soft 1/2”Limbsaver that looks like it was made for that stock…although a 31oz stock on a 6.5 CM doesn’t really need much cushion (fit and finish considerably different between the OG and lites at the butt/recoil pad but I’m not getting rid of the lites).

The real question is whether he takes you on after reading your palm, or coffee grounds first...

Just got mine as well. Was a little skeptical of my cerakote choices but UM nailed it. No sling stud, .5 pad with spacer kit, sendero profile, and pic rail. Might end up throwing a srs mini arca rail on as well but we will see. My action is at UM so unfortunately this build will have to wait. Have a 18” pbb in 6cm ready to go and will be topped with the shoot2hunt scope. Will probably throw my 6.5 cm in it for testing purposes lol. Very happy with the fit and finish.
