Rokstock rail

Will Gunwerks Elevate Ti bipod fit the trinity rail on the Rokstock? Reason I ask is that the trinity rail looks very much like the Salmon River Solutions arca/pic rail. SRS told me because of the cutouts at the pic section that the Gunwerks Ti doesn't fit.

Put another way, is the rokstock trinity rail the same as SRS arca+pic?
