RokSlide Shop Purchase - No Communication

Hi all,

I purchased an ARCA mini rail from the RokSlide shop on 07/16/2022 but have not received the item or any communication from RokSlide.

Since then I have sent numerous emails to a variety of differnet email addresses associated with the RokSlide store requesting an update but have had no response.

Attached is a picture of the details of my order. If anyone is able to assist with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have an answer for you yet. . I refunded the cost of the product.
But will have to talk to USPS tomorrow, but I'm pretty sure I know why they aren't getting there.
