Some small items or items that don't have a lot of value a person should try to sell local. USPS flat rate is easy and it's not hard to go on UPS and open an account, measure and weight your item/box it is 20% cheaper to do it yourself then taking your item to a 3 party shipper, that's how they make there money. Also UPS has flat rate shipping by the box cubic inches now and you can ship ammo at that rate as long as you put the right placard on the outside.
