Hunted a new area this year and we spotted this buck chasing does on some private property, luckily after watching them for awhile one of the does led him onto some public ground, once he was well into the public my dad told gave me the go ahead to shoot.

Sometimes the experience is more than the trophy! Hunting with your kids, or kids in general, is a blessing.

My brother in law snapped this photo this past weekend as we took our two boys on a raccoon hunt on my family land. Time stands still when you’re sharing it with family.

Me on the light, my son (14) on the gun while my nephew (13) looks on.

We shot 8 that night, saved countless turkey lives, and made memories that will last a lifetime. This picture is worth so much more to me than the grip and grin of them and their raccoons…
