Personally I feel that our federal government is too powerful. We should be limiting the fed and allowing states more power.

While I'm not surprised by this i am disappointed. What truly terrifies me is Thomas coming right out and saying he wants to go back and look at a bunch of other stuff and overturn it. You know like women's right to contraception, and same sex marriage, and non traditional intercourse.

Very important states rights issues there. . .

Pro-life or pro-birth. The irony is that the pro-birth side forcing existence (not life) is going to end with mostly future democrat voters.
