A couple of my friends have bought Riton brand scopes and all's I can say is buyer beware if you ever need to use their warranty. Buy them only for really dirt cheap assuming you might get screwed over come warranty time. They may take in the return for warranty and then return them right back to you saying nothing wrong in the exact same defective condition or tell you deal with vendor you bought them from or just simply ignore you. Know what may happen before buying from this company.

I have never ran into this issue. Tech support has been very helpful. I own roughly 8 different scopes from them with no issues.
