WTT RIP TKO trade

Have 11 victory RIP TKO V1 350 spine that I would like to trade for 400 spine. I would prefer RIP TKO but open to others.
One arrow needs a new fletching and there are at least a couple arrows have never been shot.
Shaft is 28 1/4” (shaft only, didn’t include nock)
