Rifle scabbard for side by side, in cab?

I’m look for quiet, barrel down, rifle holder, for inside ranger. I have a mount for overhead, awkward to get to quickly. I found a couple barrel up, racks. Not super comfortable with barrel up, but for retrieving that might be best. I’ve thought about a leather saddle scabbard, with some kind of ridged section…. Any thoughts? Thanks.

How did that one work out for you? I'm looking for a way to carry my gun, but am curious what ups and downs folks have had. I would guess an in cab, muzzle up would be best to not knock the zero...?

I have the Seizmik above. Works great, but I don’t use it if it’s really dusty.
