TaperPin does make a valid point. If you run the barrel long enough, not only do you gain velocity, but exit pressure will be low enough that it will perform the same function as a suppressor.

OP, I now suggest a 45-inch 6mm Creedmoor barrel for your build. Just to be safe, have the muzzle threaded for a short can if noise is still too loud.

There's a 99% Fieldcraft unthreaded 6CM in the LGS. I'd buy it but I already have two Fieldcraft 6CMs. I bought the first Fieldcraft plain barrel and a box of Hornady 108 ELDMs and was so amazed I bought a second one threaded for predators [wolves and coyotes]. Fantastic little rifles that require no tinkering nor tunting. All this after wearing out two barrels on my Dakota 243. I much prefer the 6CM.
