Just got my bee ridgeline fft in burnt bronze the other day. Ordered from Christensen arms. Caliber is 300 win mag. Wanted something between my .270 and my 338 wm.

Anyhow, i mounted leupold med height rings direct to rifle vs a rail. I mounted a new leupold vx3 hd, 4-15 I believe.

Went to break barrel in today and at 27 yards, 2 rounds touching at the bottom center of a 1” circle.

Pushed out to 50 yards and 2 rounds touching center of circle a slight bit higher, still in the 1” circle.

Pushed out to 100 yards, 2 rounds touching roughly 1/2” high of 1” circle.

To me, this it nuts as I didn’t touch the scope. I assume the scope is centered for windage and elevation from factory so I shouldn’t be surprised on windage, But i was surprised on elevation.

Anyone else luck out like this or should I expect somethhht to dramatically fall apart

Should have bought some lottery tickets right after the range session.

In all seriousness... have you thought this through? With the height of your scope above bore you're going to hit low at 27 and 50 compared to 100. It's just a line of sight thing.

50yd zero is a 200y zero due to arc and sight height to bore. At 100y you should be 1.5-2" high if you're on target at 50y. Prob just the leupold/Christensen combo giving totally unexplainable results?
