Ridgeline 300 win mag riddle me this

So I have a CA ridgeline 300 win. Shoots Barnes and Nosler 180gr into .6- .75 groups at 100yd.
My irk is that it haaaates 200gr- 212gr Hornady bullets.
Tried h1000, imr 4955, fast, slow, close to lands, far from lands all over… best group was around 2.5”. Haven’t tried any other bullets as I can’t find any. Maybe a 200 gr NAB will work or 200gr lrx?
Any ideas??

Some guns don’t like some bullets, just the way it is. I tried 212 eldx in my 300 just to try them out and couldn’t get it to group as good as I wanted either.

I went back to shooting the 215 Berger and doubt I’ll shoot anything else.

yeah maybe it just hates the horn daddy’s as my college gf used to say. Ha
My Kimber 300wsm hated the 200gr eldx also and that rifle shoots 3 leaf clovers with 180sst..

Buddy has a ridgeline that shoots 210 bergers half moa. Maybe try some of those.

My browning also didn’t like the 212s, no matter how much I wanted them to. Took me a bit to figure out what it liked, but it’s a tack driver with Berger 215s.

I couldn’t get an Xbolt long range to shoot the 212’s either. 215’s are stupid good though.

My dad has a Ridgeline that also loves the 210/215’s.

both of which I would love to try, particularly the TA though I have yet to see them as components anywhere.
