I was approached to make a meat carving butchering knife and here is what we came up with. Nothing but slicing!! Well the way to the tip! 8.25” edge.
this was just too much of a looker not to share. I’m really pleased that it retained the “deadly” appearance and is super thin. Made me nervous having it sit around because you could very much stick yourself if careless. Would need a knife magnet for storage to keep it less prone to stick in the wrong place.
