I just finished up this daypack for a friend of mine. The pack was made for an older elk hunter who will not be packing out any meat. He just needed a daypack.

I made this to have an adjustable torso height, removable hipbelt, and easy access. It's roughly 2800 c.i. It has 4 exterior pockets, two internal zippered pockets, and a hydration sleeve. The frame is 21 inches tall, has 1/16" ABS, and one 7075 aluminum stay, and one carbon fiber cross member.

That thing is awesome! It’s like my SG 5900 and Marsupial everyday backpack had a baby!
