Retro Style.....Mammut Champ/Courmayeur and Sporthill 3SP pants

10 to 15 years ago a lot mountain hunters raved about these pants. The Sporthill 3SP is a very unique pant. Kind of like a thick jogging pant, but made of polypro and spandex. I've owned a set of Courmayeur which I believe were made of Scholler fabric.
Never did own the Mammut Champ which I believe were a more rugged version.
Have modern hunting pants improved on these much? Anyone still use any of these two pants?
What modern pant would be most like the Mammut Champ?

Depending on what features you feel are important for hunting then you should be able to find something to fit your needs. I assume they are a mid weight material? I’d yes, modern hunting pants have become pretty technical.
