Requirements to Upgrade from FNG?

FNG here, been around probably a month or so, just out of curiosity, how does one lose the FNG tag? XD It doesn't bother me just curious if I'll be a FNG for a lengthy time or not.

I’ve been around a little while and I don’t know.

Seems like the consensus is you’re no longer a FNG when you can start picking on other FNGs.

I think I’m still a FNG.

It helps to get rid of the FNG status to write out a 2 page essay for the reason why you uses the cartridge that you do, and why you think and or can prove that you're lethal in hunting conditions with said cartridge.
