Replica sheep horns

I checked - nasal cavities from wyo backcountry and trapperman are the same and end a little ways in. You have to look for it. Both provided fantastic products so I’d use either again without hesitation.

Thanks very much for the pictures. I think trapperman is actually painting theirs and wyo backcountry is just leaving it white. I think the same on the teeth, trapperman is kind of painting the teeth a little also. I kind of like the white version better (on the sinus for sure) and think I will just ask trapperman to just leave it white. Think I will go ahead with the extra euro. I thought about doing one for my guide as well but I think he would rather have had the extra $800 as a tip instead of a replica of a medium sized ram! ;)

Those both look great. I'm sold.

My brother will likely be heading with me to the NWT for my dall hunt in Aug. It'd be cool to get a replica euro for him.

Thanks and they look very nice. I’ll see if they’re at Sheep Show next week, by chance. If not, I’ll be contacting them soon.
CHL - they have one of these stands in the sheep shows silent auction.

Beautiful work. Can someone let me know how much money for a ram replica ?
For a 160" ram I was quoted $2,750 for the first set and $1,550 for the second set from Wyo Backcountry Decor.

Trapperman Antlers charges $10 an inch for the first one, and $4 an inch for the second one plus $200 if you want the full skull (not a skull plate for a shoulder mount). So for my ram it was $1,560 for the first one (I remeasured and got 156", when I got the quote from Wyo Backcountry I just estimated 160") and if I want a full euro for the second one it will be $824.

Neither place is cheap by any means. My taxidermist charges less for the shoulder mount than the replica horns will cost that are going on it.

Yep … he’s 100% correct. Plus, price continues to climb higher due to the demand as well. Get on the list ASAP.
