Replacement Kuiu waist strap 2:1 buckle

I am looking for a replacement buckle for the waist strap on Kuiu packs. The part that pulls forward in a two-to-one pulley fashion. Not the clip in the middle. See photo. I don't need an OEM Kuiu part, happy to buy anything online. I dont think Kuiu even sells these parts.

Anyone know what these are called? Anyone know where to get it?
