What's the best method for removing dried blue loctite from the inside threads on an action?

I normally take a little dental pick and chase the threads. You basically have to scrape it off. Then give them a bath in acetone or brake cleaner and wipe them down with clean paper towels. Sometimes I’ll do it twice if it looks like I didn’t get everything on the first go. I’ve yet to find a solvent that strips loctite off. Not sure it’s the best way, but works for me.

Action itself - Tap, because it also chases any buggered up threads that you may have that you cant see.
Action Bolts - Soak in acetone for 30 minutes, use small handheld wire brush to get them back to new.

More loctite should make the dry stuff wet again. Put some on there and see if it breaks it loose.

Acetone qtips and dental type picks. i Soak a qtip and push it in the hole. Let it sit there for a few minutes and then work the hole with qtips and a pick until your happy.
