Remington Model 7 FS in .308 Winchester. Manufactured for only 2 years from 1987 to 1988. A collector’s item, the Model 7 FS features a 18.5" inch barrel with factory iron sights, a matte blue finish, and a factory-fitted Brown Precision lightweight camo fiberglass stock with a textured finish. Weighs in with leupold VX-R optics/bases at 6.625 pounds. I have changed the factory trigger (included) with a triggertech primary model7 trigger. Original box is also included.
I am the second owner, and the previous was an older gentleman with an extensive high end collection. He barely shot this gun. I have since put maybe a box of 150 grain accubonds through it in anticipation of a black bear hunt (ended up using a custom 35 whelen). Shot at 1 moa.
Selling without optics, but with scope bases in both 30mm and 1 inch rings.
