I’ve got a Remington 700 in 223. It’s the light varmint stainless fluted model. Shoots very well. Looking for $1250 shipped. Gun in great condition. Couple very light marks on the stock.

Something I have recently come to notice. The orignal butt stock recoil pad has been cut off by the previous owner and a newer limbsaver pad has been glued on. Never noticed it until someone asked about it yesterday

It likely came from the factory with a Limbsaver that “melted” and became sticky/gooey…. Very common with that model. Limbsaver replaced mine free of charge.
