WTB Reloading equipment for precision shooting

Hi everyone, I’m completely new to reloading. I have the dies/will get them soon for 338 lapua improved and 300 prc. Goal is to reload for precision based shooting(isn’t all shooting precision based on some level? I suppose but I digress) I need ALL OTHER equipment. Including a good quality single stage press, a measurement scale down to 0.02 or 0.04 and pretty much everything else. I box me with what you have. Assembled full packages definitely will be helpful for me. PS I will take all of the advice I can get
