No pressure with the below powders. First time doing the painless load dev method. Notice a hiccup with 65.5 of H1000, not sure what happened there obviously I need to be more attentive at the table.

For those curious:
22” proof suppressed with 180 rounds on barrel.

This squares with what I'm getting with 68.0g H1000, 180 hybrid, ADG, Win LRM, 3.375" OAL, 21" barrel + Dominus, 2847fps at 110 rounds.

The numbers circled in the pic are book max charge. I ended up seeing pressure 2 grains over max with H1000 and 4831sc. Pressure with staball HD .5 over hodgdon website max going 2900Fps

I wasn't able to find published data for that powder and bullet combo. Where did you find that?

For those of you using bushings to size your brass in 7mm PRC Hornady dies, what size (s) do you find work the best?

It’s in the Hornady manual for 180 ELDm

I used that same data to extrapolate for the bergers, but not all 180's are created equal. The ELDM has a lot more bearing surface generates higher pressure with equal charges. There is data for some other cartridges with both bullets and the Berger routinely has a higher max charge.

Ruger American Go Wild 24”

Reloaded Hornady brass

175 ELDX 68.4gr RL25 (book max)
2855
2884
2889
2852
2881
2899
2896
2860

Average = 2877 fps (less than book velocity, which is 3000 for this recipe)

I don’t know if this barrel is just slow or what, but the accuracy is consistently just sub-MOA. This was at 200 yards:
