Reload vs factory for accuracy

I don’t think someone with a budget kit can make as consistent hand loads through the life of a barrel/brass as shooting factory stuff. The equipment and knowledge to do so takes time and money.

I dunno, I started loading 3 years ago, had factory 223 beat outa the gate for my ruger g2. Im still shooting that load 1/2 moa. 26.2 of cfe223, about any non crimped primer case, and a hornady 55sp.

It did take me a minute to do better than winchester 55 v&p for my 22-250, but I did find a load that shoots 1 tenth better than factory. Some factory is pretty decent right now, but the ability to repeat a recipe indefinitely is the reason I reload.
