Reliable Tent & Tipi Kodiak Tent or the Teton Tent for 4 people with cots, gear and stove

I posted this in Backcountry stock already but I'm thinking this would be a better spot for the Post.
I Wondering if anyone has insight on these 2 tents? I will be using stock to pack . The only thing I dislike about the Teton is it has a sewn in floor but they have different sizes to choose from it looks like. The Kodiak is 12X15 which I believe should be ok for 4 guys on cots and a stove late season. I'm trying to get away from a wall tent for set up purposes. if anyone has any other ideas on a good tent for 4 guys, cots , gear and a stove I'm all ears!! thanks everyone

I have a 10x14 KC, I have slept 4 on cots in the tent. There was barely extra room to scratch your behind. I realize you said 12x15, but I believe you would still be very cramped for space. A 12x15 is only 28 more sq.ft. of space. YMMV
