Essentially brand new REI Half Dome 2 Plus tent with footprint. I camped in this tent one night in my backyard at 19 degrees to test my gear for cold weather camping. I never used it again and have decided to move it to someone else that will get more use out of it. I did a lot of research before buying this tent, my research found that it is the best bang for your buck for a relatively inexpensive backpacking tent with good ventilation to prevent condensation and very good waterproofness. I set it up in my basement to take pictures, it is not staked down or stretched. Tent is in a smoke free and clean home. Brand new these tents are $229 and the footprint is $34.95, total cost new with tax is $282. I will sell mine, that has only been used one cold night in my backyard for $175 shipped. Paypal F&F.
