Reel Elk Call issues

I lost my original and loved that thing. I ordered a replacement and this one doesn't sound right. I never looked at the inside of the first one, but this one is pretty rough. I have emailed them a couple times but haven't heard anything in almost a week. Anyone else having issues?

Yeah, I would be returning that. He is mostly impossible to get in touch with in September. I ran into an issue last yeah and left emails and voice messages to no avail. You will likely hear back next week after archery season is over.

I purchased one this year and not impressed with their product. Mine looks similar to yours. Pretty piss poor quality control.
