Can someone help explain the redding bushing dies? I see people say that certain wildcats are easily reloaded because you just use redding bushing dies and put in a different bushing. Ive never used them and dont understand how it would work. Im looking at possibly building a 20 Tactical so would the redding bushing dies work for this?

Not sure what you're asking. But, when necking down brass, you can use different bushings to get the neck to the size you want. It will vary based on the brand of brass you are using and your chamber dimensions (which reamer was used).

Also in some wildcats, you can use a bushing die from the parent cartridge with the appropriate bushing. (like 6.5PRC die for 25 PRC) Instead of having to source custom dies. I believe this will not work for the 20 Tac, but you could use a 223 bushing die to make 20 Practical.
Here is some older info on the 20's from Accurate shooter.

This ^^^. If you’re trying something else then no it isn’t going to work.
