The Redding 6.5/284 Winchester (AKA Norma) Neck Die Set contains two dies. The Neck Sizing Die is assembled with a decapping rod assembly with a neck sizing button. The conventional Seating Die contains a bullet guide, built in crimp ring and proper seating plug. Dies are used, but in good condition. Redding dies last forever. $50 Shipped with original box.
