It's a Ventile Cotton hooded coat. It is highly water resistant and wind proof. It has a small amount of insulation. It is pretty heavy but also super durable. I have the non hooded/non insulated version and use it alot for busting brush and as an out layer.
I'm 6' and 220 lbs and this is pretty big on me.
