How prevalent are red fox in the US ? Were they native or imported ?

Yes they are native (indigenous) to the US and most all of the Northern hemisphere. There are areas in the US where they are more prevalent than others.

Guess I should have googled that , my brother and I were discussing the subject the other day and wondering if the red fox was imported or not
