Recommendations for ring height for new Seekins Havak Element?

I am looking to mount a Trijicon Tenmile 3-18x44 30mm tube. I was planning on using Seekins rings if I can find the appropriate height in stock, but happy to take other recommendations.

The Element has a built in 20moa rail.

I have the tenmile 3-18x50 and went with NF mediums. They are a bit too high, wish I would have gone lows. Same gun.

I used the .82 Seekins with my element and a SWFA 3-9. Perfect for that.

Something around .823” height will clear that optic with room for caps.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I went ahead and ordered a set of the Seekins .82 (low)

Lows are the best bet. I have plenty of clearance with 34mm Seekins .92’s with a 56mm bell.
