Question to those in the know. Will the rare earth magnets used in the bino and rangefinder pouches effect the electronics in said? For instance FhF bino rig with Zeiss rf bino's for example?

They will definitely affect a compass.

Magnetic marsupial harness does not affect any RF I have ever used.
