Above and beyond service from Rapala USA. I had a 2 year old battery on my lithium ion that didn't seem to hold a charge. The knife is probably 4 years old in total. Anyway I reached out to them about it and to my suprise they told me I was using the wrong charger. Typical millennial with all my gadgets I had somehow misplaced the correct one. They had a new battery and charger out to me within 3 days of first contact no charge.
They had a battery recall a couple years back and were super helpful in replacement of my original battery as well.
Thought they deserved a shout out and if anybodies in the marker for a electric knife I don't see how you could go wrong with their equipment.
