Your first one is right, just in reverse order......in general, and on average. There's always outliers and other possible issues with specific animals......like one that was run to death, rutted up, OLD.

I think antelope is the best eating game animal. I voted antelope, elk, moose but it could go moose then elk.

long as the antelope hasnt pissed all over himself and stanks like azz, they are delicious. I havent tried one of the butt smelling ones that havent wiped in years though. Shoot them early and they are awesome. Does are too.

Moose is far and away the best game meat I've had. Blows the rest out of the water I think.

I put antelope ahead of elk. Elk has great flavor but they always tend to be tougher than the others.
