anyone have experience using both? pro/cons? Differences?

Seems like they both do the same thing, account for ballistics including angles compensation?

Thanks!

I have the 2800.com and it’s a very good rangefinder. It doesn’t do very well in fog and uses AB lite or whatever it’s called that won’t give you a solution beyond 1000 yards. This is not a problem for most people and most rangefinders don’t do well in fog but those are the limitations I’ve found with this rf.

If you are trying to run it connected to a kestrel via Bluetooth to get solutions beyond 1000, it’s a pain in the ass because it likes to time out the connection at the worst possible moments. They have corrected this issue with the new model (CRF pro).

I have not used a BR4 but have used the Revic binos and the firing solution populated faster than the Leica. The CRF pro would be a more apt comparison to the BR4.
