Rangefinding binos experience/recommendations

I find 8x far easier to hand-hold and don't see enough gain from 10x to make them worth the trouble. I'm giving serious thought to 6.5x or 7.5x when I upgrade.
The Kowas in 6.5 are money but don’t have a RF version. The Kowas are on my list thanks to @Formidilosus

The 8x a pretty light (at least the GPOs I have) which is also a plus

Apologies -- I was not speaking specifically about RF binos. Still investigating there -- it's a fair bit of cash for something with the potential to become obsolete in a few years.

RF binos with glass good enough to replace my regular pair are currently quite expensive. Electronics age and wear out, improvements keep happening. With the right warranty from a big enough maker to honor it, probably fine.

Pretty happy with my Leica's Geovid pro 10x42 AB. The integration with the AB quantum app is perfect. Ballistics work fast enough and has been mentioned you can set the time delays. Best thing is optically they are better than my older gen Swaro 10x42 EL's that I retired. Figure having good glass first is the key part and the Elite ballistics even at 1sec it make it a great hunting RF binocular. Simple and it works. Will be sad if they release the OLED as I will likely want to upgrade and have just had these a short bit. Hopefully it is just a firmware update to the existing system.
