Rain pants

Looking for durable rain pants. From a cost stand point I have narrowed down to the Kuiu Chugach or the Firstlite Boundary Stormtight . Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Never tryed the firstlites but I'm pretty happy with my chugachs, which are the older non nx version. I think the waterproof rating is even higher on the new ones?

I would go with the first light out of those two options my self. Never had them but I have had good luck with first light stuff. I have Sitka rain gear and love it

For what's is worth I was moose hunting with two guys last week they both had chugach pants and jackets. It's a good thing I brought duck tape cause they tore their pants up below the knee several time during the hunt.
My father wore a pair of filson made in Canada fishing pants and they held up great.
I wore storefronts for a couple days then switched to mountain pants as things dried up.
